Ecclesiastes 3:14
HEB: וְהָאֱלֹהִ֣ים עָשָׂ֔ה שֶׁיִּֽרְא֖וּ מִלְּפָנָֽיו׃
NAS: has [so] worked that men should fear Him.
KJV: doeth [it], that [men] should fear before
INT: God has worked fear before
