HEB: יְהוָה֙ לְמִשְׁפָּ֣ט שַׂמְתּ֔וֹ וְצ֖וּר לְהוֹכִ֥יחַ
NAS: You, O LORD, have appointed them to judge;
KJV: O LORD, thou hast ordained them for judgment;
